Fukuju Awasaki

Fukuju Awasaki

A sparkling Jumai sake from Kobe.  The fine bubbles are created by a second fermentation in the bottle.  The extraordinary balance between sweetness and acidity is another special characteristic.  Although this is a Junmaishu with only rice and koji as its ingredients, the alcohol percentage only amounts to 6%. Fukuju Awasaki has an extraordinarily fruity taste for a sake and is very suitable as an aperitif.
