Fukuju Junmaishu 'Mikagego'

Fukuju Junmaishu 'Mikagego'

Up to 65% of the grain has been polished off the sake rice from the Hyogo prefecture.  The naturally pure ‘Miyamizu’ mineral water has been used during the brewing process.  The result is a rich, full Junmaishu sake with a light aroma.

‘Mikagego' is one of the areas with many sake breweries from the Nada district between Kobe and Nishinomiya and the Shu-shin-kan Brewery site.
