This sake falls within the Junmai Daiginjo category (high quality premium sake made using pure rice). 100% of a Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with Yamada Nishiki, the best sake rice, and will have been unhurriedly fermented for more than a month during the coldest season. It possesses a fruity bouquet and a refreshing taste. Ho-o means ‘Fenix’.
How it should be served
Well chilled. We would recommend drinking this sake from a glass in order to fully appreciate its fragrance.
