Gozenshu Junmai Ginjo “Jun-konishite-jun”
The name of this sake consists of Chinese characters which mean ‘pure, authentic’ and this description certainly also applies to the sake itself.  The fermentation is halted as soon as the alcohol percentage reaches 14% and the taste is pleasantly sweet.  The sake has a smooth and refreshing taste, as a small quantity of Amazake (a sweet drink made from fermented rice) is added just before pressing.

How it should be served
