Gozenshu Junmai 'Mimasaka'
Junmai is a sake made from pure rice with no added alcohol. This sake has been brewed using 100% Omachi sake rice, whereby the unique fragrance and savoury taste have been carefully maintained. This has created a full yet refreshing Junmai, which has been aged for a long time. As a cold drink it smoothly glides over the tongue; the rich fullness of the sake can be fully appreciated when it is heated up. This sake can be perfectly combined with all sorts of dishes and is ultimately suitable as a sake to be enjoyed with dinner.
How it should be served
Slightly heated, or well chilled.
